What the Fish?

What do we mean when we say sustainable seafood? In this panel, we’ll wade through the murky waters of seafood and address supply chain transparency, responsible sourcing and the importance of choosing lesser known fish. We’ll also explore how chefs are playing a role and what individuals can do to create change within the system.

Our food choices have a direct impact on the future of the planet, and Slow Food Nations is a platform to inspire people to make changes that have a positive impact on the environment. The Food for Change Tent will tell this story, offer calls to action, and engage the public in the conversation through a series of free talks.
