Katherine Miller is the founding executive director of the Chef Action Network (CAN) and Senior Director of Food Policy Advocacy at the James Beard Foundation. Katherine leads the foundation’s signature advocacy training program, the Chefs’ Boot Camp for Policy & Change and is part of the foundation’s Impact team focused on making America’s food culture more delicious, diverse, and sustainable for everyone.
