Jeff Tripician has 30 years of consumer marketing and branding experience within the food industry and 18 years in the meat industry. He started his brand management career at Procter & Gamble, worked in the meat industry as product manager at Sara Lee and in the dairy industry as a director of marketing for Borden Dairy. As the vice president of marketing for the International Dairy Foods Association, Tripician lead the development of the industry changing Milk Mustache Campaign.
Tripician has also served as chief marketing officer of Frontier Natural Products, president and owner of the brand strategy consulting agency TM Branding (clients include Wal-Mart, Cabot Creamery, Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Nutra Sweet) and chief marketing officer of Coleman Natural Meats. While at Coleman Natural Meats, he built the first natural multi-protein business platform.
Tripician joined Niman Ranch in 2006 and has since been a steward of sustainable growth, from a regional brand to a national industry leader, by expanding distribution channels and geographies. Since 2006, the company has more than tripled in size while also building profitability at an accelerating pace.
