Located in FREE MARKET, BRUTØ is a sustainability focused eatery from chefs Kelly Whitaker, Sean Magallanes, Jeb Breakell and the Id Est Hospitality team of Alan Henkin, Matt Husted, and Tayler Warren. The menu will highlight daytime food and is centered around heritage grain-based items milled on-site at Dry Storage.
