Zero Waste at Slow Food Nations

Big events and festivals often generate a lot of waste. What happens to leftover food from parties, scraps from workshops and unused demos? Then what about all the food containers, napkins and other waste?

We are taking these challenges head on this summer at Slow Food Nations, and we’re turning waste into something delicious. With our Zero Waste Family Meal, we want to inspire our guests to see the fantastic potential of food that would otherwise be tossed. Come see what chefs Steven Satterfield, Paul Reilly, Daniel Asher and others will cook up, with inspiration from special guest Massimo Bottura!
