Wendy Winters is currently working for the California Olive Oil Council overseeing their marketing, educational programs, and special events as well as being the content creator for their social media channels. She is a certified olive oil taster through Italy’s oldest certifying body O.N.A.O.O. and recently became an apprentice on the COOC taste panel, the oldest taste panel in the Western Hemisphere. She has worked as a food stylist for the past ten years and recently created an online visual journal called FoodStorie/s by the light of the sun and moon. In 2012, she graduated with a master’s degree in Food Culture and Communication from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. She also holds a professional degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC in Baking and Pastry Arts.
