Besides sipping sherry and dancing the dance of the Universe Tony Zezas likes to explore the world of wine with the excitement and curiosity of a giddy school girl. His carrier in the wine world first began when he realized that he paid far to much for a private liberal arts education at Willamette University only to find out that he had a passion for Pinot Noir. He then spent the next 6 years bouncing across countries and continents in search of the tastiest juice. Of course, given his love for Sherry, Spain was a natural stomping ground where he spent many an afternoon munching marconas and musing on Manzanilla. Eventually Denver called his name after a 10,000 mile road trip around the US, Canada and Mexico. Here he settled into the fine dining restaurant scene and took up the tastes of creating wine lists at some of Denver’s hottest new restaurants. Now he slings wine for The Harvest Wine Company and plays the Didgeridoo in his free time.
