Shaina has spent the last decade working within and for the food industry. From sales, product demonstration and development, distribution, farm volunteer, catering assistant manager, to business development, she holds a wealth of experience in various markets of the industry. Shaina is active and holds seats with the Colorado Farm to School Task Force and the Douglas County Colorado State University Extension Advisory Council, and is the Vice-Chair of Colorado Fruit and Vegetable Growers Business Development Committee. When she is not chasing a rogue chicken or her four-year-old son, she is dedicated to working with new food and agriculture businesses in her role as Business Development Specialist for the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
