Sandra Banchs


Sandra Banchs is the Head Chef at Comida at the Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO. In its former life, Stanley was an aviation manufacturing building covering 22 acres bordering the Stapleton neighborhood which housed the former airport. Comida features authentic Mexican street food and amazing cocktails. Banchs earned her degree in the culinary arts at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas, and she has since served as the Executive Chef in many restaurants.
