J. Robin Moon

Dr. J. Robin Moon is Senior Director of System Integration at Bronx Partners for Healthy Communities (BPHC), where she oversees delivery system integration and network management for the NYS Delivery System Reform Incentive Program (DSRIP). She is a social epidemiologist with expertise in cardiovascular disease research and prevention policy/program for adult/aging population, and a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate, NGO/philanthropy, and governmental organizations. She was Chief Operating Officer at Grameen PrimaCare where she helped create a membership-fee-based primary care practice for immigrant women in Queens borough. Previously she was at the NYC Office of the Mayor, where she served the Bloomberg Administration as the Senior Health Policy Advisor where her work encompassed policy in NYS Medicaid redesign initiatives for behavioral health and affordable housing, criminal justice, homelessness, and healthcare and housing access in NYC. Dr. Moon has led various domestic and international research and evaluation initiatives for public health, and developed tools and programs to measure health, economic and social impact. She has spoken and presented at multiple conferences and convenings, on topics of health and non-health alike. Dr. Moon holds a Doctor of Public Health from Harvard University School of Public Health, a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Chicago. She is also a registered yoga teacher, black belt martial artist, and a perennial marathon runner.
