Born into a long line of pastry chefs and bakers, Nadine Donovan’s enthusiasm for all things sweet was instilled at an early age. After emigrating to Colorado and graduating with honors from Johnson & Wales University’s Baking and Pastry Arts program, Nadine went on to establish pastry programs within some of Denver’s most acclaimed restaurants, Fuel and Old Major. Now, as Executive Pastry Chef for Secret Sauce Food & Beverage, Nadine Donovan uses her creative forces to develop dessert menus for three very different concepts, Steuben’s, Ace Eat Serve, and Vesta. Nadine produces innovative, seasonal desserts to compliment each restaurant’s unique identity and cuisine. Nadine has been named the Denver’s Best Pastry Chef by Westword Magazine, one of Zagat’s 30 Under 30 and is an alumni of Denver’s esteemed culinary group, the Denver Five.
