Kevin Lewis currently serves as the Chef at Uncle in Lower Highlands in Denver, Colorado. He and owner Tommy Lee will open a second location Winter 2018.
Kevin was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Hospitality Management. Having fostered a love of cooking, he pursued a career in the industry with a year long stint in San Sebastián, Spain working for 3 Michelin star, Restaurante Martin Berasategui. From there he went to New York City garnering invaluable experience working under restaurateurs Daniel Boulud, Danny Meyer and Cesare Casella. In 2016, Kevin moved to Denver to work with Tommy Lee, owner of Uncle and Hop Alley, and start a family with wife Amanda.
