Chef Jordan Wallace is the Culinary Director of Pizzeria Locale, overseeing menu creation and operations at all pizzerias. Jordan earned a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant and Resort Management from Colorado State University and graduated from the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, based in Piemonte, Italy. After serving as Sous Chef at Frasca Food & Wine in Boulder, CO for over 5 years he was the original Chef for Pizzeria Locale Boulder and helped grow the brand to 8 locations.
