Isaac K. Gitau is a slow food member from Kenya, Africa. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Currently he is working with Madison Insurance Company- Kenya. Isaac believes in sustainable agriculture and through a registered Community Based Organization he is involved in training small scale farmers on growing of indigenous crops and trees in Central Kenya. His passion and joy is to see empowered and enlightened farmers for a sustainable change.
