Eduardo Correa has been the acting Slow Food Youth Network México coordinator was the past 3 years. He is in charge of developing the Tepetlixpa Native Bean Presidia, which was launched at Terra Madre – Salone Del Gusto 2016. He has been a participant in Terra Madre events for the last 4 years.
