Camille Collazo is a designer and president of Visit Rico, a non profit organization that works with sustainable tourism to strengthen Puerto Rico’s agriculture economy and reach food sovereignty. She leads her team to reach solutions that connect farmers and consumers as co-producers using human centered design. Camille is the former Slow Food Youth Network Coordinator in Puerto Rico.
