Bryan Redniss is the owner and chef of The Rose, a special place where special people gather – to celebrate, to unwind, to eat and to drink. And what they are eating and drinking, is the best locally sourced food in the Valley.
His vision with The Rose was to create a place he’d want to go to, a cozy place with a great atmosphere, quality craft cocktails and delicious food, all at an affordable price. Keeping comfort and sustainability in mind, he designed and hand-built his space utilizing as much recycled and reclaimed wood and materials as possible. For the menu, he wanted healthy options using fresh, local ingredients that change with seasons, so no one ever gets bored.
