Brandon Tucker is the Sous Chef of Mizuna, Frank Bonanno’s flagship restaurant located in Denver, Colorado. Brandon attended the University of Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island. Tucker moved to Denver in the summer of 2014 and started Mizuna shortly after.
