Slow Food Yucatan Convivium Lider, Slow Food Mexico

Aliza Mazrahi is the leader for Slow Food Yucatan Convivium. She manages an Earth Market that takes place every Saturday, is the coordinator of the Slow Yucatan project, financed by the Kellogg Foundation, on three Presidia: native Melipona Honey, Mexican Hairless Pigs and native pumpkin seed. Aliza is also establishing a Chef Alliance in the region.
