Alfonso Rocha Robles

Founder, Slow Food Mexico

Rocha founded the Slow Food Mexico chapter in the city of Puebla in February 2012 and was named the International Councilor for Mexico and Central America in October that same year. He possesses an academic background in communication, gastronomy and anthropology with a particular interest in the millennial milpa-agave food system in Mexico. His main focus with Slow Food Mexico is to coordinate the network and projects within the country.
