Join us as we welcome LA-based soba master and teacher Sonoko Sakai in collaboration with local chefs Kelly Whitaker and Jeb Breakell. They’ll serve a three course dinner exploring the American and Japanese heritage of buckwheat for Slow Food Nations. The evening will begin with snacks in the gardens of The Wolf’s Tailor and move into the dining room of this highly anticipated restaurant in the Sunnyside neighborhood near downtown Denver. Sake will be presented by Fukuju, a 6th generation sake distillery from Kobe, Japan.
