Slow Sake Time

In this workshop, you will taste one of the best sakes on the Slow Sake lists: Fukuju-Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. Fukuju is recognized all over the world and was even offered at the official dinner party for the Nobel Prize.

The president of Slow Sake Project, Natsuko Tabata, is coming from Japan for this workshop and will walk you through the process of making sake and how to taste sake’s deliciousness.

Sonoko Sakai, a Japanese gastronome from LA, will serve special dishes to pair with the sake. She will also teach you how to cook with koji, the most important and healthy ingredient for making sake, miso and soy sauce.

Don’t miss this special workshop to enjoy sake with uniquely paired foods!
