Slow Grown in Colorado

An evening showcasing Colorado’s seasonal bounty, slow cooking and preservation techniques. Flavor and thoughtful creativity will inspire a slow cooked meal at the height of harvest and local produce and proteins. Expect flavors from the Colorado backyard and around the world as these celebrated chefs bring their personal style to the Slow plate at this exciting family-style meal.

Welcome Cocktail and Passed Bites: 6-7pm
Dinner: 7pm-9pm
