You’ll enjoy refreshing pitchers of cultured Oliko Ginger Beer mocktails, a vegetable course highlighting local farms and prepared with love by the Slow Food Boulder County board, a delicious house-milled heritage grain from Chef Kelly Whitaker of Basta and the Noble Grain Alliance, a whole Boulder lamb asado style from Chef Hosea Rosenberg of Santo and Blackbelly, and, lastly, a single estate chocolate dessert with local inclusions crafted by Fortuna Chocolate.
