Farming for the Future

What is the role of agriculture in communities and ecosystems? Explore the future of farming and ranching as we discuss sustainable agriculture, rural communities, land management and the next generation of farmers. Regenerative agriculture highlights the land, people and soil that is the future of a healthy planet.

When you enter, enjoy a grassfed beef tasting by Flying B Bar Ranch, tea samples from Teatulia, an engaging exhibit from Savory Institute, and other interactive stations.

After a preview of the “Right to Harm” film, Joe Fassler from The New Food Economy will introduce agricultural evangelist John Ikerd, who will rally us to fight the bad and grow the good. Sonia Lopez will describe the David and Goliath battle over an egg factory in Tonopah, Arizona. Then other voices will join to discuss regenerative agriculture, including the CEO of Savory Institute, Daniela Ibarra-Howell.

This summit is not only a talk from leading voices. It’s also an engaging and interactive conversation with practical take-aways and delicious tastings. It’s Food for Change.
