Do you love to experiment with new flavors on your plate? Biodiversity is key to both a healthy planet and a delicious spread. In this session, featured chefs will be given a rare and flavorful ingredient to prepare an innovative recipe. Follow along and taste each interpretation!

The Kitchen Counter is a public stage that is visible to all, to experience the tastes and story of Slow Food. A ticket at the kitchen counter gets you a front row seat to engage directly with the chefs.
