Pasquale Cozzolino, one of the most brilliant and prolific representatives of the Neapolitan Culinary Culture around the World, is coming to Slow Food Nations to give you an authentic Neapolitan pizza. Chef Cozzolino will be joined by Peggy Markel, who has designed and curated food and culture trips around the world for 25 years.
The Kitchen Counter is a public stage that is visible to all, to experience the tastes and story of Slow Food. A ticket at the kitchen counter gets you a front row seat to engage directly with the chef.
