Concessions are open to the public and will be scattered throughout Larimer Square alongside other exciting Slow Food Nations activities.
American Grind is about providing a truly 100% local burger with only the finest ingredients available to Denver, sourcing the best grass fed beef available. They will be grilling their “Hamburg” and “Cheeseburg” burgers with their house cut fries cooked in rice bran oil, alongside sauces made in-house.
Comal Kitchen is a heritage food incubator with a mission to provide skills in culinary arts and business to a cohort of women, many originating from Mexico, El Salvador, and Peru. The women of Comal will be serving authentic Mexican and Syrian food.
Fortuna Chocolate is a group of dedicated chocolate makers that craft the finest quality chocolate incorporating traditional methods of Mexico and Europe. Using limited small batch production, Fortuna will be serving chocolate products out of their mobile artisanal chocolate factory.
Together, Watersheds and Seafood, West Coast Hook and Line and Wild Salmon Nations will offer sustainability sourced seafood from across the country prepared in a variety of ways including: grilled sockeye salmon, shrimp boil, Baja oysters, and more!
Sweet Action Ice Cream
Sweet Action Ice Cream is made by hand from Colorado dairy. They work with local purveyors, farmers, and bakers to source CO’s best produce and products for their ice cream. Its priority is to run a sustainable business by using wind-powered energy and compostable and recyclable packaging.
