Ardis Burst

Co-director, Slow Food Santa Fe

Ardis Burst is one of three directors for Slow Food Santa Fe. She writes all the discussion questions for the monthly “Dinner and a Book.” She’s also majordomo for her neighborhood community garden and bravely copes with the challenges of high desert gardening, growing (sometimes even successfully) veggies, flowers, perennials and fruit trees there and in her yard. In addition, she’s an enthusiastic cook and traveler.
